I’m passionate about helping others, from anxious teens to overwhelmed adults, implement nutrition and lifestyle habits that are simple and sustainable. Healthy habits don’t fail from lack of willpower – they fail when your systems don’t support you. I offer simple, personalised solutions that build routines that restore energy, reduce overwhelm, free up space to spend time with loved ones and make wellbeing feel like second nature.

About Me

Why I do this work

I’ve always been interested in health, studying a BSc degree in Human Physiology and Anatomical Science at university, after which I pursued a career in food, running my own catering business in London successfully for a number of years.

My coaching journey is deeply rooted in health challenges I’ve faced within my own family. After I lost my dad to a lifestyle disease, I started wondering: why do we often wait for a personal crisis before we start paying attention to our own health?
